By downloading, installing, or using PixelForge ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.
These Terms apply to PixelForge, developed and distributed by Refora Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
PixelForge is provided free of charge. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
PixelForge itself is closed-source proprietary software. The open-source components it includes (upscayl-ncnn, caesium-clt, upscayl-custom-models) are distributed under their respective licenses (AGPL-3.0, GPL-3.0, MIT), copies of which are included in the installer.

The AGPL-3.0 and GPL-3.0 licenses require that the source code of those specific components remain open. PixelForge complies with these requirements by directing users to the upstream repositories listed above. The proprietary automation code of PixelForge is separate from these components.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to update PixelForge and these Terms at any time. New versions of the Application are distributed via GitHub Releases. You are not obligated to update, but older versions may not receive security attention.
Changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in the GitHub Releases changelog.
